This is in a VERY GOOD overall condition as shown. 100% complete with the black label instruction manual in an EXCELLENT and VERY CLEAN condition as shown (tiny bit of edge wear to the bottom of the front cover as shown - see picture 1).
The disc has recently been professionally cleaned through a disc cleaner and is therefore in an EXCELLENT condition, some very light and very minor scratches remain (these black discs are notoriously difficult to find perfectly clean), and the game is fully tested and working.
From a smoke free home. Case recently thoroughly cleaned. The case is undamaged and the disc holder is unbroken as shown. There\u2019s a lot of scratches of varying degrees across the case from age*
