Hosta First Frost is a hardy deciduous perennial shrub with beautiful, heart-shaped, intense blue-green leaves with creamy yellow margins fading to white over the summer months. Pale lavender flowers bloom from mid to late summer, adding a splash of pastel purple to the foliage. The plant is deciduous and so will lose its foliage during the winter months, after turning yellow-green in autumn. Any dead leaves can be removed at the end of the growing season ready for another year of beautiful foliage and flowers. Plant Hosta First Frost in moist-well drained soil such as loam or clay, ideally in partial shade where it will thrive. This herbaceous perennial is great for borders, flowerbeds and especially ground cover thanks to its clump-forming habit creating sturdy mounds of foliage. Refunds
